The terms and conditions outlined within this section apply to all clients

Website Pages and Content

Each site is restricted to a generous maximum content size of 75kb excluding images per page. Customers may request pages larger than this, but any content exceeding 75kb will be quoted as additional work.  

Images may be supplied by the client for use on the website, however the client is responsible for any copyright infringements.  G Force Web Design will not use images supplied by a customer for any other purpose other than use in conjunction with the customers website or a purpose agreed by the customer.

Any images supplied by G Force Web Design do not become the clients ownership are for use exclusively on the website and may not be used for any purpose. Images are sometimes sourced from third parties and G Force Web Design is not necessarily the copyright owner.

Unless consent is given in writing by G Force Web Design, any content created by G Force Web Design may not be transferred to another host.  If the Website is terminated, the website will remain the property of G Force Web Design and the client will be responsible for building a new website.

Payment

With all G Force Web Design products, be it maintenance or new build payment is due when the order is placed and is non-refundable unless the client is not satisfied with the service received.  If not satisfied the client should contact our admin department with full details of their complaint.

G Force Web Design take any complaint seriously and will ensure that a resolve is reached as swiftly as possible. In cases where a resolve is not possible, G Force Web Design shall terminate the account and refund to the customer as appropriate. Refunds are at the discretion of G Force Web Design and each case will be investigated on an individual basis.

Domain name registration costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance, however can be utilised by an alternate host if required.

Setup Costs

The setup cost on G Force Web Design packages includes:-

2 year domain name registration

Hosting for 1 month

Initial website design

Online proof

Search engine submission to free search engines (this will be done automatically unless the client states otherwise)

Server and initial email setup unless a domain is transferred.

Testing and making the initial website 'live'

(domain names and hosting are subject to A Perfect Host terms, so by agreeing to G Force Web Design terms you are also agreeing to A Perfect Host terms)

Ongoing Website Maintenance and Amendments

After your website is built you may wish to add monthly maintenance to your account.  This comes at a small fee and will cover all updates and amendments to your website for the duration of your contract with G Force Web Design.

Customers should send an email to our admin department requesting an update to their site, including full details. G Force Web Design will contact the customer upon receipt of the email and confirm timescales for the work to be completed.  G Force Web Design will then notify the customer upon successful completion of the work.
